Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you love every product you receive from us. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, we are here to assist.

Returns Policy: Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund.

Please note: Products purchased as gifts must be returned by the original purchaser.

How to Return an Item:

If you wish to return an item, please ensure that it is unopened with all packaging intact. You will also need a receipt as proof of purchase.

  1. Email us at contact@oforest.in with your order number, name, and reason for the return.
  2. Mail the product to:

Please note: You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

If your product is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@oforest.co. Include your order number, name, and detailed information about the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company as it may take time for the refund to appear. If necessary, reach out to your bank, as there is often processing time. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact@oforest.in.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
